STBTC’s laboratory testing services to continue operations under new name

The South Texas Blood & Tissue Center (STBTC) has established a new tax-exempt subsidiary, QualTex Laboratories, to perform the testing services currently organized under the South Texas Blood & Tissue Center name.

South Texas Blood & Tissue Center currently performs client testing for facilities both nationwide and internationally; such as for plasma centers, community blood centers and hospitals. Our testing services include: licensed Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT), Serological testing, viral marker testing and specialized testing are also available.
